FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Full-Time Position

If you enjoy preparing food and sharing it with others, we may be the perfect fit for you! 

Rolling Hills Zoo is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager. This full-time position will be responsible for preparation of food in the Zoo's Overlook Restaurant, as well as catering for RHZ's Conference Center.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Food prep
  • Hiring, training and managing staff
  • Inventory and daily paperwork
  • Ensuring the restaurant is clean and ready for service every day
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends and some evenings.

EVENT TEAM
Part-Time Position

If you enjoy providing quality customer service in a fun environment, then Rolling Hills Zoo has an opening for you on their Event Team! These are part-time/as needed positions that would help with events in the Conference Center as well as in the Zoo.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Bartending experience desired but will train
  • Setting up and tearing down the Conference Center for events
  • Serving food and beverage in the Conference Center
  • Assisting with special events such as Zoo Brew and Pumpkin PaZoola
