Rolling Hills Zoo's Run for the Hills takes place early morning Saturday, August 8, 2026!

Are you ready to Run for the Hills?

You can participate in our 5K and/or our very own FUN RUN! Get wet, get colored, crawl, run and more through our approximate 1 mile FUN RUN at Rolling Hills Zoo! Participate in all the challenges or be selective!

SCHEDULE

• 6:30 a.m. - Registration / Packet Pick-up Begins
• 7:30 a.m. - 5K Run Begins
• 8:15 a.m. (approx.) - FUN RUN begins
• 8:45 a.m. - Breakfast & Award Ceremony Begins (West of Museum)

Your $30 Registration Fee includes:

• Run for the Hills T-shirt & bib (We encourage you to register by July 31st to ensure that you will receive a Run for the Hills t-shirt.)
• Complimentary Breakfast for you. Breakfast for your guests to purchase. (Show your bib # for your free breakfast.)
• Free admission to the Zoo & Wildlife Museum
• 1/2 Price Admission for any of your guests
• Professional Timing for 5K Medals and for select 5K Run Categories
• Special Awards for the 1 Mile Fun Run Challenge

1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards for each gender and age category in the 5K

This event is rain or shine. Registration fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
