Rolling Hills Zoo's Run for the Hills takes place early morning (2027 Date TBD)

Are you ready to Run for the Hills?

You can participate in our 5K and/or our very own FUN RUN! Get wet, get colored, crawl, run and more through our approximate 1 mile FUN RUN at Rolling Hills Zoo! Participate in all the challenges or be selective!

SCHEDULE

  • 6:30 a.m. - Registration / Packet Pick-up Begins
  • 7:30 a.m. - 5K Run Begins
  • 8:15 a.m. (approx.) - FUN RUN begins
  • 8:45 a.m. - Breakfast & Award Ceremony Begins (West of Museum)

  

REGISTRATION

Join us for EITHER one or for BOTH runs for the same price!

Your $30 Registration Fee includes:

  • Run for the Hills T-shirt & bib (Register by July 31st to ensure your Run for the Hills t-shirt)
  • Complimentary post-race snack (Breakfast available to purchase)
  • Free admission to the Zoo & Wildlife Museum (1/2-price admission for your guests)
  • Professional Timing for 5K Medals - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for each gender and age category
  • Special Awards for the 1 Mile Fun Run Challenge

FRIDAY EVENING BEFORE RACE DAY
5-7 PM

Want to check out the race route early? 

From 5-7 PM the evening before race day, Run for the Hills registrants can come to Rolling Hills Zoo to pick up Registration packets and to check out the route for this year's Run for the Hills 5K & FUN Run!

This event is rain or shine. Registration fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. If you are unable to attend, please contact Kris Bell to confirm to whom your registration is being transferred to by emailing kris@rollinghillszoo.org. Thank you for your support of Rolling Hills Zoo.
